Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal
Are you Licensed?
Yes, we are a LLC and we also carry liability insurance!

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery to Mankato and within a 15 mile radius of Mankato is included.
An additional delivery fee will be charged based on mileage after 15 miles.
What is needed to host a party?
You will need a space at least 12x14ft for our Soft and Sweet package or 12x16ft for our Candy Castle package.
We will setup outdoors but request an indoor back up option. We also require the area to be shaded as our equipment gets hot in the sun.
Please be sure to mow the area prior to the party and pick up any debris or animal feces.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that things don't always go as planned and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your event, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to your event you can choose to reschedule and we will apply your deposit to the new event date. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you forfeit your deposit.
